Who we are
LU2COHOUSE is an independent sewing pattern brand operated by Leila. We design and sell downloadable PDF sewing patterns through our website at lu2cohouse.com and our Etsy shop at lu2cohouse.etsy.com.

Information we collect
We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate our website and serve our customers:
- Contact information — if you contact us via email, we store your email address and message content to respond to your enquiry.
- Order information — purchases are handled entirely by Etsy. We do not collect or store payment card details or billing addresses.
- Website usage data — basic analytics may be collected to understand how visitors use our site. No personally identifiable information is linked to this data.

Pinterest API integration
LU2COHOUSE uses the Pinterest API v5 to publish new sewing pattern products as Pins to our Pinterest business account (@lu2cohouse). This integration allows us to automatically share new products with our Pinterest audience.
Our use of the Pinterest API is limited to the following:
- Publishing product images and descriptions as Pins to our own Pinterest boards.
- Reading our own board structure to select the correct destination board.
- Retrieving our own account information for authentication purposes.
We do not access, store, or process Pinterest data belonging to any third party. We do not collect Pinterest data from visitors to our website. Our Pinterest integration acts only on our own business account with our own authorisation.
If you connect your Pinterest account to any LU2COHOUSE tool, the OAuth 2.0 authorisation flow is used — you will be redirected to Pinterest to approve access before any connection is made. You may revoke access at any time from your Pinterest account settings under Apps and websites.

Data deletion on disconnect: If you have authorised LU2COHOUSE to access your Pinterest account and later revoke that access, we will delete any Pinterest-derived data associated with your account (including any stored access tokens) within 30 days of disconnection. No Pinterest-derived data is retained after you disconnect.
No redistribution: LU2COHOUSE does not resell, redistribute, or share Pinterest content or Pinterest-derived data with any third parties. Pinterest data accessed via the API is used solely for publishing our own product content to our own Pinterest boards and for no other purpose.

Third-party services
We use the following third-party services in the operation of our business. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:
- Etsy — all purchases and payments are processed by Etsy. See the Etsy Privacy Policy.
- Pinterest — we use the Pinterest API to publish product content to our business boards. See the Pinterest Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts — our website uses Google Fonts for typography. See the Google Privacy Policy.

How we use your information
Any information we collect is used solely to:
- Respond to customer enquiries sent to our email address.
- Operate and improve our website.
- Publish our own product content to our own Pinterest boards via the Pinterest API.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

Data retention & security
We retain contact information only for as long as necessary to resolve your enquiry. We do not maintain a customer database independent of Etsy.
We take reasonable precautions to protect any data we handle, including keeping API credentials private, using HTTPS across our website, and not storing sensitive user data on our servers.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at studio@lu2cohouse.com.
If you have authorised LU2COHOUSE to access your Pinterest account, you may revoke this at any time by visiting your Pinterest account settings and removing the app under Security → Apps and websites.
